Acriglass UV yacht varnish is one of our high performance two component yacht varnishes. Acriglass UV yacht varnish provides an ultra high gloss finish, which enhances the natural beauty of the wood. Acriglass UV yacht varnish is applied as clear topcoat for classic and new wooden boats, allowing a professional quality finish, with resistance to sun exposure, crazing and ageing.

The addition of the UV filter allows for long lasting resistance in the most severe tropical marine environments. Acriglass UV yacht varnish also provides excellent durability, with a flexible film. Commonly used on furniture parts where superior high gloss finish is required, which is resistance to abrasion.

Coverage per Litre: 10-12 m2 per litre
Application Method: Brush – reducing by 10-15% with Thinner 205
Or 5-10% with Thinner 201
Spray – reducing by 20-30% with Thinner 203
Or 10-15% with Thinner 201
Pot Life (A+B at 20ºC): Use within 4-6 hours
Dust Dry: 40-50 minutes at 20ºC
Recoat Time: 24 hours at 20ºC
Colour: clear
Number of Coats: 4-5 (depending on usage)
Mixing Ratio: 2 parts Sol A with 1 part Sol B
Packaging Size: 750ml kits (A+B)
