Description

Polistuck is a high-performance marine surface fast-drying filler designed for fine filling, surface levelling, and high-thickness applications. Its smooth, fine-textured formulation allows easy filling of small surface irregularities while delivering excellent control during application.

Thanks to its fast-curing properties, Polistuck is easy to sand within 30–60 minutes, enabling quick progression through repair and preparation stages. It can be applied in layers of up to 500 microns dry per coat, making it suitable for both light levelling and more substantial surface correction.

Polistuck adheres directly to a wide range of substrates, including steel, cast iron, GRP/FRP, and hard plastics. For aluminium, brass, or zinc substrates, the use of a suitable primer is recommended prior to application to ensure optimal adhesion.

Designed for versatility, Polistuck performs reliably in all weather conditions, making it ideal for both professional yards and on-site repairs. Once cured and sanded, it can be overcoated with any Skipper’s Line coating system, allowing seamless integration into a complete marine finishing process.
