Description

Sintofiller is an easy-to-use marine surface filler developed for light surface levelling, pinholes, and minor surface imperfections. It is particularly well suited for use on wooden substrates, where it provides good direct adhesion without complex preparation.

Designed for use within synthetic one-component coating systems, Sintofiller offers a smooth, workable consistency that allows precise filling and easy shaping. Its fine formulation ensures clean application and controlled build, making it ideal for detailed surface preparation work.

Sintofiller delivers good filling power, allowing applications of up to 120 microns dry per coat. Multiple layers can be applied to achieve higher thickness where required. Once applied, it becomes touch dry within approximately 60 minutes at 20°C, enabling efficient progression through the preparation process.

The filler sands easily, producing a smooth and even surface ready for priming or topcoating. Its user-friendly nature makes it suitable for both professional users and boat owners carrying out maintenance or refurbishment projects.
